Adriana Pacheco

Founder of The Wedding Project

"I got married at 39. Today, I help others experience what I once thought was impossible"

I’m Adriana Pacheco — Colombian-born, based in the U.S. since 2007, and a passionate Wedding Project Manager.

After nearly 6 years working in the construction industry, I made one of the hardest but most fulfilling decisions of my life: to leave that path and pursue my calling — helping couples bring their wedding dreams to life, regardless of budget or circumstances.

My own journey wasn't picture-perfect. I once had a civil marriage that left my heart with little hope of ever wearing a white dress or walking down the aisle. But God had a plan. At 39 years old, I had the wedding of my dreams — over 100 guests, a $3,000 budget, and the overwhelming love of my church community who made it all possible.

That miracle changed everything.

Alongside my sons Daniel and Sebastian, my amazing daughters-in-love Zulmy and Erin, my future 8-year-old wedding planner Peyton, and the love of my life, Danny — we're building more than a business. We're building a ministry of love stories.

My Mission

To help you stop postponing love.

To prove that with the right heart, community, and plan…
you can say YES without stress.

Let’s bring your story to the altar — beautifully, intentionally, and debt-free.

WHO I SERVE?

The Wedding Project was created for:

  • Couples who’ve been together for years but still don’t have “the ring.”

  • Brides overwhelmed and emotionally drained by the wedding planning process.

  • Teenagers and adult children who dream of seeing their parents finally say “I do.”

These are the love stories I live for. Because every couple deserves their moment — not someday, but now.
